HIMSS Analytics® has released its 2016 Clinical & Business Intelligence (C&BI) Essentials Brief, a study snapshot on the U.S. hospital analytics market.

As the emphasis of healthcare changes from volume to value-based care, the use of analytical solutions will be necessary to support clinical, financial and operational decision making.  However, market adoption has been modest to date and plans to make future investments in clinical and business intelligence solutions are uncertain.
